GASTROTUR 2013 is a gastronomic tourism fair (second edition) that will take place in Granada from Feb. 23rd until Feb. 26th. This fair will be open to professionals and the general public.
The attendees to the Gastrotur 2013 fair will be able to enjoy the tastings, workshops, cooking competitions, demos and lectures that the exhibitors will propose.
Among other things, some of the tastings that people can enjoy are*:
Wild Asparagus with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Huétor Tájar (Granada) and Olive Oil PDO Montes de Granada;
Everyday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Iberian Ham from Cardeña (Cordoba), Saturday 23rd from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Serrano Ham from Trevélez (Granada), Sunday 24th from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Wines from Calabria (Italy), Sunday 24th from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Iberian Suckling Pig from Cardeña (Cordoba), Sunday 24th from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Petritegi Cider (Guipuzcoa), Monday 25th from 2:15 PM until 3:00 PM
