Tours from Granada

Extra option: a tasting of 4 Andalusian wines, local Serrano ham and goat cheese

After seeing the so particular countryside of the South of Granada and as a complement to the olive oil, this is a fun and original way of trying other local and typical products of Andalusia, that are also pillars of the Mediterranean diet.
We propose to taste a white wine (Chardonnay) and a red wine (Tempranillo) from the Contraviesa-Alpujarra, (a mountainous region in the South of Granada), as well as two “sherry” wines: a “Fino” and a “Pedro Ximenez” from Montilla-Moriles, (close to Cordoba).
Our guide will be pleased to describe you these wines and their production particularities.

These four wines are served together with “tapas”, which are typical appetizers: Serrano ham from Trevelez (the highest village of Spain, in the Sierra Nevada, well known for the excellence of its hams) and delicious homemade goat cheese.

This option has an extra cost of 15 euros per person.
